Novel Rh-catalysed method yields potent antitumor phenanthridinone derivatives
A series of phenanthridinone derivatives were synthesized, with compound 3a showing potent TDP1 inhibitory activity and compound 3c demonstrating strong TOP1 inhibition and antitumor efficacy in vivo.
